After two decades, I’m still trying to bring that fresh new doc vibe to NW Family in Plymouth, but some gray hairs are starting to expose me. During those 20 years, I’ve enjoyed the fun of my two kids’ activities and our family trips. Now that they are launching into their adult lives, my wife and I will focus on other things, such as plans for even more breweries visited, more runs and workouts completed, and more tweaking of our landscape/gardens. I still have my role model for healthy aging, my world record holding father, to show me a path to a 6:49 mile at age 80.
