We’re looking for community-minded family medicine physicians who value relationship-based care and want more than just a job.
Whether you’re early in your career or looking for a new chapter, our practice offers a rare combination: clinical autonomy, a supportive team, and real work-life balance. And if you want to expand your skills, we offer in-house training for colonoscopy and other procedures.
One of our most unique practice features is our “old-fashioned” way of practicing OB, which is an optional addition to your practice. Low volume (12-20 deliveries per year), continuity with your own patients throughout their pregnancy, and you deliver them when they go into labor (and then often become Baby’s doctor!). And with lots of back up for deliveries from fellow NWF docs, along with 24/7/365 OB specialist support in-house for any questions, help with a delivery, or there if you need to turn over care due to high risk or need for urgent or non-urgent for c-section. In short, relatively low-risk OB that is practiced in a nice, safe bubble.
OB, urgent care, procedural work, or classic family medicine, we’ll help you build the practice you want, with the support you need.

Because We’re Here to Stay
We have been providing excellent community-based family medicine since 1952 and have continued to grow ever since. Moreover, we are financially thriving solely through our family medicine physicians (no help from contracted or employed physician specialists with high reimbursement rates).
We are proud to be opening our brand-new Plymouth clinic in Fall 2026.
How We Work
“Whole Life Care” isn’t just a model of patient care, it’s how we support our providers.
Our physician-owners actively shape clinical operations, scheduling, and organizational strategy. You’ll be heard here and have a seat at the table. You’ll also have the space to build a schedule that supports your life outside the clinic; whether that means coaching soccer, attending dance recitals or basketball games, or finally getting that weekend cabin trip in.
Our Community
Our locations—Crystal, Plymouth, and Rogers—offer a balance of city access and small-town charm. Whether you’re looking for a quiet suburb or want to be close to Minneapolis nightlife, we’ve got you covered.
And for nature lovers? With 67 state parks and thousands of lakes, weekend adventures are just around the corner.
